What can I expect from Marginal Utility
Within Marginal Utility you can expect two things: Firstly, to be completely focused during new boss attempts. Secondly, to have a social atmosphere at anytime of the day. You'll be hardpushed to find an hour in the day where nobody is online - This in turn means there is alot of PvP, alot of instances going on. Whilst we take raiding extremely seriously, we never start our raids earlier than the raid start time. If you're looking to start raiding 25 mans at 9am on patch day, you'll need to look somewhere else. If you're looking for a guild that starts at 19:00 daily and uses the time from there to progress, Marginal Utility might be for you.
Raiding Style
We do not lead by yelling or shouting. Raids are lead in a relaxed atmosphere and voices are raised only when mistakes are made. If mistakes continue after that, swaps are made. - We only keep the best in our roster.
Our raiding days and times are:
Sunday: 19:00 - 23:00
Monday: 19:00 - 23:00
Tuesday: 19:00 - 23:00
Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00
Thursday: 19:00 - 23:00
Friday: 19:00 - 23:00 / 01:00 (Progress only)
Saturday: Free day (10 mans)
As a trial you will be expected to maintain 90% attendance. As a member, the same expectation.
Filling out the application form
The application form is long, and detailed. We DO expect you to answer every question, and we DO expect you to take it serious and read it through a couple of times after you've filled it out. Please note that it's your first and only chance of doing a good impression, and we DO NOT accept any application that was made in 5min or less.
To apply, simply copy the questions found under "APPLICATION FORM" in this post, and paste them into your own thread, and take your time to fill out the questions.

* Are you willing to re-spec in order to help guild progress?

* What is your PvE experience? (Feel free to add some achievements, including PvP).
* Please list all the guilds of note in which you have been a member and what position you held within, and why you are no longer with these guilds:
